AuditOne-time cost$1,000, fixed
A few days mapping how you hire, with your team, on live roles. You come away with a design, a fixed build price and a fixed annual cost. If you go ahead, the $1,000 comes off the build price, or off your first year if there is nothing to build.

BuildOne-time cost
One-off. We build the parts that don't exist, wire it into your process and train your team. Sometimes the audit finds that nothing needs building, in which case there is no build fee at all.

RunAnnual cost
Capacity, hosting and the engineering to keep it working. Your team operates the system day to day.
You only ever commit to one number at a time. The audit fee is the only thing you decide on today, and the other two are fixed before you commit to either.
If you outgrow your capacity we move you up and charge the difference pro rata. Nothing stops.
